**What do you get to experience during the city walk? **
The walk starts at Gustav Adolf's statue on Gustav Adolf Square, but where the group then goes is part of the experience. With Norrmalm as the playing field, the participants will be able to accompany them on a tour where the guide picks out what the place, the moment and the surroundings bring to life.
Perhaps the tour will go towards the greenery of Kungsträdgården, past theatres, banking palaces and hotels. Perhaps you will find yourself among the folk life of Drottninggatan, in stories about the old city that was demolished, rebuilt and changed. Or the walk leads to quieter neighborhoods where traces of older Stockholm can still be seen between modern facades.
Norrmalm is full of contrasts, with magnificent parade streets, cultural institutions, forgotten backyards, famous meeting places and exciting layers of history beneath the surface of the modern city.
