General conditions for booking and ticket purchase at GUGO AB

Please read these general terms and conditions before making a reservation or purchasing tickets from GUGO AB (org.nr 559004-1736). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions below and agree to abide by them.

1. Booking and payment

Once the payment has been made and confirmation has been sent by email, the purchase is binding. Tickets and booking confirmations are delivered electronically via email or by downloading from our website. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact information at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund

All bookings at GUGO AB are binding and generally cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because the place is reserved specifically for you and the planning of our experiences is done in close collaboration with our partners and suppliers.

Refunds can only be applied in exceptional cases, for example in the event of cancellation of an event or if otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

3. Rebooking

We understand that plans change from time to time and therefore offer the possibility of rebooking under the following conditions:

  • Rebooking can be made up to 7 days before the event takes place
  • Rebooking is subject to availability
  • Applies to the same or equivalent experience

In case of requests for changes later than 7 days before the event, we cannot guarantee rebooking, as the planning has already begun.

**4. If you can't participate

If you are unable to attend and have not rebooked in time, the seat will be counted as used and no refund will be made.

However, you are always welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. We appreciate it if you let us know in advance.

5. Changes and cancelations

GUGO AB reserves the right to make changes to the program, content or layout without prior notice.

If an event needs to be cancelled, GUGO AB is responsible for informing the participants concerned as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled, you will be offered either:

  • rebooking to a new date, or
  • Full refund

6. Age Limits and Identification

Some events may have specific age limits. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that these are complied with. A valid ID may be required upon entry.

7. Limitation of Liability

GUGO AB is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. The customer is responsible for storing their tickets and booking details in a secure manner.

GUGO AB is also not responsible for any personal damages, losses or costs that may arise in connection with participation in an event, in addition to what follows from mandatory legislation.
