Finally, something new and exciting is coming to Stockholm's Christmas table offerings! This is literally going to be something for the history books! Join the Vikings Sigurd Björnfod and Aslak Vidfamne on a historic journey back to the time when Northerners were feared all over Europe.
With the help of torches, the Vikings light up the dark alleys of the Old Town and tell Viking legends of yesteryear. They will offer stories about, among other things, Björn Järnsida (from the Vikings series) ravages in Paris and Rome and the story of Erik Väderhatt, who with his magic hat was able to control the storms of the sea.
Following the Viking legends, they lead you to a historic restaurant where a grand Christmas meal awaits! You start the evening by toasting mead (or non-alcoholic to whomever you prefer) and then continue the evening with a Christmas meal. If you can, there will be a party at the historic venue for the evening.

Köpmantorget in Gamla stan, the nearest metro station is Gamla stan or Slussen.
**How long does the Viking experience last? **
About 1 hour.
**How long is the Christmas food sitting? **
3 hours.
**Will there be an after-party? **
The Sixth Barrel is known for its lovely atmosphere. If you can, we recommend staying after Christmas. Please note that your table placement is only valid during Christmas dinner.
**What restaurant do you eat your meal at? **
Sixth barrel which is a medieval chimney in a historic cellar. Here you will find Stockholm's largest selection of mead and mölska.
**Is there alcohol-free? **
Yes, there is non-alcoholic mead. Let me know when you arrive at the restaurant.
**Where do I sign up for a vegetarian or vegan diet? **
When you book. It is very important that you report this before. It is not possible to arrive at the tavern and ask for it on the spot.
**Can I cancel or reschedule? **
It is not possible to cancel this experience, however, we can try to change the date if you are out well in advance.
