Cancellation Policy

We create experiences with care, from the first idea to the last detail. In order to be able to plan our events together with our partners in the best way, the following applies:

Cancellation

When you book a seat with us, it will be reserved just for you.
Therefore, all bookings are binding and unfortunately cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Rebooking

We understand that sometimes life changes, so we offer flexibility in the form of rebooking:

You can change the date of your booking up to 7 days before the event
Rebooking is subject to availability
Applies to the same or equivalent experience

Later Amendments

In case of changes later than 7 days before the start of the event, we unfortunately cannot guarantee rebooking, as the planning is already in full swing.

If you can't come

If you do not have the opportunity to attend and have not made a rebooking in time, the place will be counted as used.
But you are always welcome to give your place to someone else, please let us know in advance.

If we need to tune

Should we have to cancel an event (which of course we do everything to avoid) we offer you:

Re-booking to a new date, or full refund
